27 m2 - remove old floor tiles and lay new tiles combined with wooden floors

I want to have the old floor tiles removed from hallway and kitchen and replace them with hexagonal ceramic floor tiles in kitchen and wooden/laminate floors on the hallway.
The total surface is 27 m2. The ceramic tiles will need to be seamless combined with the wooden floors. Attaching a picture on how the final floors should look for reference.
